Crystal Jones, MSW, LCSW-A
Founder, CEO & Clinician (In-Person & Telehealth)
Crystal Jones founded JourneyZ in 2021 after earning her Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina Central University (NCCU), officially opening the practice in February 2024.
She is a licensed school social worker and licensed clinical social worker associate with extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and underserved communities.
In addition to leading a team of contracted clinicians and providing direct client care, Crystal brings over 27 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and 15 years as a registered tax preparer.
Crystal is also a self-published author of two books:
- A book focused on overcoming trauma and breaking generational cycles
- A financial literacy book designed to help low-income communities build generational wealth through entrepreneurship and real estate
Her mission is centered on healing, empowerment, education, and community wellness.

Dr. White is a licensed osteopathic physician specializing in holistic patient care. He integrates traditional medical approaches with osteopathic manipulative techniques to support overall wellness and whole-person healing.

Dr. Dixon leads JourneyZ’s clinical programs and supervision initiatives, bringing extensive experience in social work, therapy leadership, and evidence-based treatment practices. She is committed to ensuring compassionate, high-quality care for every client.
